Manhattan Beach Jail

I’m a 62 year old professional, business owner and family man. I have lived and worked in Los Angeles my entire life. After a recent holiday party I received a DUI on my way home. This has never happened to me before, and I have to say I was frightened. I wanted out quick, and I was given a book from the Jailer of various Bail Bonds companies to call. I thought I was frightened before! Well, I felt a whole new level of fright when I spoke with a few Bail Agents. Most were un-professional, and some even looked like they just got out of jail themselves, some tried to trick me into low payments, which they were going to charge an insane interest rate on later! Plus the only money I had was on my AmEx and Christmas Bail Bonds was the only one who took a credit cards. When I spoke with Charlie he was straight forward, direct and explained the bail process until I understood exactly what was going on. His agents were kind and professional. And he didn’t charge my credit card until I was out! Thank you Charlie!
